"Traditional” full service PSA implementations work well for large Enterprise Customers
- Need the majority of PSA features implemented
- Many stakeholders, multiple locations, complex implementations
- Large budgets, 12-18 month implementation cycles
“SmartStart” implementations work well for small customers
- Need to get up and running quickly with a predefined set of features
- Less complex, small teams
- Cost is a barrier, 2-3 month implementation cycles
